Playing in the Snow

This morning Nathan and I went outside to shovel. We got at least six inches of snow overnight. Nathan was having a hard time waiting for me to get my warm outdoor layers on. He was so excited to be able to help with the shoveling.

Nathan started shoveling the driveway first.

Soon he was shoveling the porch.

When we finished with the sidewalk and driveway, Nathan wanted to go in the backyard.

His gloves got stuck to the rails so I carried him up the ladder.

Nathan waited for Daddy to clear some of the snow off the slide before he went down. He was having so much fun in the snow that he didn't want to go inside.
Hot chocolate made things better.
